KHA Online Shopping Policy

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By engaging to purchase a product on the Website, you (further known as "Buyer") agree and accept terms of this Agreement. Contact us first if you have questions about our products or policies.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through PayPal. Your purchases will appear as "Kingston Health Associates, or KHA" on your credit card statement. If Buyer fails to pay for any products received, KHA reserves the right to suspend or cancel further delivery. Please make sure that your billing address matches the address on your credit card statement billing.

STATE SALES TAX:

Sales tax will be charged on purchases where required by law. We charge State sales tax of 9.5% on purchases within Tennessee, which is subject to change.

SHIPPING:

We ship all orders to the forty-eight contiguous states United States, and elsewhere by request. KHA shall use reasonable efforts to deliver products to Buyer, but shall in no event be liable for any losses or damages caused by delay or non-delivery of products. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges. KHA is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders when submitting your online purchase.

LIMIT OF NON-DELIVERY CLAIM:

All non-delivery claims related to products sold through KHAs Website shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the product to which the claim relates. Buyer's failure to give written notice of any claim within the 30-day period of time to KHA shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim.

RETURNS: UNOPENED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Refunds of unopened goods in perfect condition will be issued within 45 days of purchase. After the 45-day period, a product exchange will be issued. We offer an exchange for defective products. Our exchange process requires you to return the defective product for an exchange with a non-defective same product. Items that have been deliberately, maliciously damaged or worn will not be entitled for refund or exchange.

To return an item for exchange or refund, contact KHA. Our helpful staff may ask you for your order number and date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your exchanged product.

If the Buyer does not register for a PayPal® account, KHA cannot issue credit card or cash refunds, therefore, an exchange for item(s) purchased will be issued.

For fast, accurate returns, keep the invoice and packing slip with your shipment. If you need to return your purchase, please include all invoices originally sent with your products. Ship your package postage paid. KHA does not accept postage due packages.
